Accurately Reflect Offerings

SUNNYVALE and SAN DIEGO, CA - February 28, 2006 - Provost Systems announced its new name today at education technology conference Bb World '06 in San Diego.

Provost Systems provides administrators, professors and students streamlined technology to efficiently track progress of students and their institution's resources. The technology is designed specifically to benefit secondary and post-secondary virtual and hybrid institutions allowing educational institutions to assess and measure student utilization or records and services.

Provost Tracking enables administrators and professors to see how students learn best while also keeping their institution financially monitored. With the click of your mouse Provost Tracking reports are exported to text or Excel formats. Provost Tracking for Blackboard Learning System is a Building Block system extension for Learning System 6.1 and higher.

Provost Counseling: An easy-to-use web interface used to track student engagement of one-on-one or group services at an institution. Provost Counseling manages attendance and monitors services provided at counseling centers, tutorial centers, and other student service locations.

Provost Grade XL : A web-based gradebook for K-12 schools and post-secondary institutions. Provost Grade XL integrates to Blackboard's Learning System or functions independently through Provosts' interface. Some of functionalities of Provost Grading include: new algorithms for calculation grades, term and marking point setting, and student report card views.
